Is it time to bid farewell to the 9 to 5?

There has never been a better time for companies to make the move to a flexible working approach. Changes in legislation, with the flexible working law passed in the UK in 2014, society demands and technology advancements that enable work from anywhere at any time are normalising the many different forms that work can now take.  And this coupled with research carried out by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), finding that the majority of UK employees surveyed would appreciate being offered flexible working, means that now is truly the time to make the shift.
